Yellow Cake

Delicious - and just like the ‘real’ thing! They do not have to be frozen either!
- 2 1/4 c Flour Blend for Baking
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp b. soda
- 3 tsp b. pwd
- 1 tsp guar gum
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 2/3 c mayonnaise (the real thing)
- 1 c milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Pre-heat to 350°; grease & flour (with Flour Blend for Baking)2 8″ round cake pans, or makes 24 cupcakes.
- Mix dry ingredients together. set aside
- Beat together: eggs, sugar, mayo, and vanilla.
- Add 1 cup milk; add dry ingred.
- blend well, bake 25 minutes .
